摘要
本文建立了利用HPLC法测定婴幼儿米粉中泛酸含量的方法。色谱柱:KinetexC182.6μm,4.6×100mm;流动相:0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液∶甲醇=95∶5;流速:1mL·min-1;柱温:35℃;进样量:20μL;二极管矩阵检测器,检测波长200nm。方法在0.8612~8.6121μg·mL-1范围内线性良好,相关系数R2=0.9999466,泛酸加标回收率平均值97.6%,样品测定精密度RSD为2.54%。
A HPLC method was adapted for the assay of pantothenic acid in infant nutrition rice powder. The chromatographic system included a Kinetex C18 column (2.6 μm 4.6×100 mm) and a mobile phase consisting of Potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution and methanol(95 ∶ 5),with a flow rate of 1 mL·min -1and 20 μL sample amount. The system was monitored by diode matrix detector at 200 nm.The system was linear from 0.861 2 ~ 8.612 1 μg·mL-1 and the relative coefficient was 0.999 946 6. The average recovery rate was 97.6%, the value of RSD was 2.54%.
