摘要 大跨度单层非对称钢结构预应力网壳体系复杂,结合某高新区国家城市矿产示范基地大门钢结构设计与分析案例,介绍大跨度单层钢结构预应力网壳结构的设计与分析要点,并利用空间结构计算软件改变预应力拉索的直径和预应力大小来调节构件应力比及控制挠度。结果表明:单层钢框架对挠度的控制是设计过程中的关键因素,改变预应力拉索直径对结构影响较大,而改变预应力大小对结构影响相对较小。 The large-span single-layer asymmetrical steel structure prestressed reticulated shell system is complicated. Based on the design and analysis of the gate steel structure of one national urban mineral demonstration base in a high-tech zone, the design and analysis of the prestressed reticulated shell structure of single-layer steel structure with large span are introduced and the diameter and the size of the prestressed cables are changed by using the spatial structure calculation software to adjust the stress ratio and control the deflection.The analysis results show that the control of the deflection is the key factor in the design process of the single-layer steel frame. The change of the diameter of the prestressed cable has great influence on the structure, and the influence of the size of the prestress on the structure is relatively small.
