摘要 为提高工业生产中机械设备工作状态的监测效率,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的远程实时监控与故障诊断系统。系统硬件采用以太网总线的数据采集平台--CompactDAQ、西门子S7-200控制器和PC机等,软件设计分为现场采集和远程监控与故障诊断两个子系统。现场采集端负责信号的采集,并把采集到的温度、转速、振动信号利用DataSocket技术传输给远程端,同时接收远程端的控制命令;远程端则对传输过来的信号进行处理,包括信号的波形显示、存储、故障报警、故障记录以及故障诊断等,并且可向现场采集端发送远程控制命令。其中,故障诊断主要是利用EMD幅值谱和包络谱方法对振动信号的分析来实现。实验测试表明,系统运行稳定、可靠,具有较好的适用性和通用性。 In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of machinery equipment in industrial production, a remote real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW is designed. The hardware of the system adopts Ethernet bus data acquisition platform:CompactDAQ, Siemens S7-200 controller and PC. The software design is divided into two subsystems: field acquisition, remote monitoring and fault diagnosis. The field acquisition terminal is responsible for the collection of signals, DataSocket technology is used to transport the temperature, speed, vibration signal collected to the remote side, and simultaneously the control command of remote monitoring end is received;The remote monitoring end processes the transmitted signals, including signal waveform display, storage, fault alarms, fault records, fault diagnosis and so on. At the same time, it can send remote control commands to the field acquisition terminal. Among them, fault diagnosis is mainly realized by using EMD amplitude spectrum and envelope spectrum method to analyze the vibration signal. Experimental tests show that the system run stably and reliably, it has a better applicability and versatility.
