摘要
输变电设备在运行过程中受综合因素影响,会出现发热、放电等缺陷,影响设备的安全运行,现有的红外测温、紫外电晕检测及可见光成像手段单一。研究放电电信号与紫外成像图像参量之间的关系,建立紫外成像电晕测试模型,实现放电强度的量化,设计光学系统和电子集成电路,联合红外成像技术,实现红外、紫外及可见光三波段共光路检测技术,集成度高,可获得设备检测的多维信息,从而提高检测的准确度和有效性,及时发现设备的绝缘缺陷。
Power transmission and transformation equipment is affected by comprehensive factors in the operation process, and there will be defects such as heat generation and discharge, which will affect the safe operation of the equipment. The existing infrared temperature measurement, ultraviolet corona detection and visible light imaging methods are single. Through the study of the relationship between discharge electrical signals and UV imaging image parameters, the UV imaging corona test model is established to quantify the discharge intensity. The optical systems and electronic integrated circuits are designed and the infrared imaging technology is combined to achieve three-band infrared, ultraviolet and visible light, in which the optical path detection technology has high integration degree and the multi-dimensional information of device detection can be achieved, so as to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of detection, and timely discover insulation defects of the device.
