板坯厚度对含硼钢热处理后组织和性能的影响

摘要 分别在工业生产线取不同板坯类型生产的热轧含硼试样,利用箱式电阻炉和电阻箱完成淬回火的热处理试验,分别对试样进行金相显微试验及拉力试验。根据组织及性能的试验结果,分析不同板坯类型生产热轧钢带在热处理后的组织和性能的区别。在研究范围内,得出不同板坯类型对热轧钢带热处理后组织和性能的影响。 The hot-rolled boron containing samples produced by different types of slabs were taken in the industrial production line, and the heat treatment test of quenching and tempering was completed by using box type resistance furnace and resistance box. Metallographic microscopic test and tensile test were carried out on the samples respectively. According to the test results of microstructure and properties, the differences of microstructure and properties of hotrolled steel strip produced by different slab types after heat treatment were analyzed. The influence of different slab types on microstructure and properties of hot rolled steel strip after heat treatment were obtained.
