无槽轧制工艺在水钢棒材轧制中的应用

摘要 为在水钢二棒轧制生产线上的粗轧机组实现无槽轧制,根据水钢二棒轧制生产线的装备条件和工艺布置情况,分析了无槽轧制应用的技术难点,包括轧制规程的设计、无槽轧制时轧件角部尖化、角部裂纹、粗轧机组中心距过长的问题。对轧件断面及轧制参数和各机架进、出口导卫进行设计,将无槽轧制技术成功地应用于二棒线粗轧机组。 In order to carry out grooveless rolling technology in roughing mills of No.2 bar rolling line in Shuicheng Steel, the technical difficulties in the application of grooveless rolling are analyzed, including the design of rolling rules, corner sharpening of rolled piece in grooveless rolling process, corner crack of rolled piece and too long central distance between roughing mills according to equipment conditions and process layout of No.2 bar rolling line. The cross sections of rolled piece and rolling parameters as well as guide fittings at the inlet and outlet of each stand are designed. The grooveless rolling technology has been successfully applied to roughing mills of No.2 bar rolling line.
