摘要
根据GB/T20065-2006标准对φ25mmPSB785和PSB830预应力钢筋的质量要求,设计了该预应力钢筋的热轧道次和轧制孔型,分析了钢筋的性能波动和外形尺寸不合格的原因,并制定了改进方案。改进后,生产的预应力钢筋质量满足标准要求,钢筋尺寸不合格率降至0.05%以下,成材率提高2%以上。
According to the quality requirements of φ25mm PSB785 and PSB830 pre-stressing steel bar stipulated in GB/T20065-2006 standard, hot-rolling passes and rolling grooves of the pre-stressing steel bars are designed, the causes of the performance fluctuation and the unqualified dimension of the pre-stressing steel bars are analyzed, and improvement measures are made. After the improvement, the quality of the pre-stressing steel bar produced meets the standard requirements, the unqualified rate of rebar size has been reduced to less than 0.05%, and the rate of finished products has been increased by more than 2%.
