介绍了本钢冷轧汽车板表面主要非常规缺陷种类及产生机理。通过便携式视频显微仪、扫描电镜等设备对主要非常规缺陷进行形貌和成分分析,典型常见的是沿钢板轧向分布的线、条状、点状夹杂缺陷,以及点状热轧氧化铁皮缺陷,是本钢冷轧汽车板表面质量研究的重点。

This paper introduced the main unconventional defect types and defect mechanism of Benxi steel cold rolling automobile plate surface. Analyzing the morphology and composition of the major abnormal defects by portable video microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and other equipments, The typical and common defects were wire, strip, dotted inclusion defects that were distributed along the direction of steel plate rolling , and the dot hot rolled iron oxide defects, that are the focuses in the study of Benxi steel cold rolling automobile plate surface quality.
