铸坯防氧化涂料的工业化试用

摘要 通过试验研究了铸坯防氧化涂料对氧化烧损的影响,对钢板表面质量影响。试验选取了两组四块铸坯,在铸坯表面喷涂防氧化涂料,一组经加热除鳞后回炉,用于测量防氧化涂料对铸坯烧损的影响和涂料在铸坯表面的残留。另一组经加热除鳞轧制成钢板,通过分析研究防氧化涂料对钢板表面质量的影响,通过电镜分析研究涂料在钢板表面的残留情况。 In this text, the influence of anti-oxidation coating on oxidation burn and surface quality of steel plate is studied by experiment. Two groups of four casting billets were selected and sprayed with anti-oxidation coating on the surface of the billet. One group was heated and scaled back to the furnace. The influence of anti-oxidation coating on the burn loss of the billet and the residue of the paint on the surface of the billet were measured. The other group was made into steel plates by heating and descale-rolling. The influence of anti-oxidation coating on the surface quality of steel plate was studied.
