摘要
介绍了大包长水口保护浇注情况,对大包长水口开浇后敞开浇注问题的原因进行了分析,设计了喇叭大包长水口,实现了挂大包长水口插入中间包钢水液面以下开浇,提高了钢水洁净度。
The paper introduces the protective casting situation of large ladle with long nozzle, analyzes the reason of open casting problem for the ladle long nozzle. The long nozzle of horn ladle is designed, it can be realized that the long nozzle of large ladle is inserted below the molten steel level of tundish to start pouring, which improves the cleanliness of molten steel.
