摘要 目的:评价四川省护理人力资源配置现状及其公平性,为优化护理人力资源配置提供参考依据。方法:数据来源于2015-2016年四川省卫生和计划生育统计年鉴、2017年四川省卫生健康统计年报及2015-2017年四川统计年鉴,采用描述性分析、基尼系数与泰尔指数进行分析。结果:四川省"十三五"期间护理队伍得到进一步壮大,实现较快速增长,每千人口注册护士数2.87人,2015-2017年四川省各市(州)护理人力资源按人口、地理面积分布的基尼系数分别为0.1787、0.7157,0.0383、0.7222,0.0171、0.7184,区域间泰尔指数按人口、地理面积分布分别为0.0234-0.0533、0.2541-0.2743。结论:四川省护理人力资源总量得到改善,护理人力资源结构尚需优化,注册护士配置不均衡,护理人力资源配置人口公平性优于地理公平性。 Objective: To evaluate the present situation and fairness of allocation of human resources of nursing in Sichuan Province, and to provide scientific reference for optimizing the allocation of nursing human resources. Methods: Data was collected from Sichuan Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook from 2015 to 2016, Sichuan Health Statistical Yearbook 2017 and Sichuan Statistical Yearbook from 2015-2017. Descriptive analysis, Gini coefficient and Thiel index were used. Results: During the 13 th five-year plan period in Sichuan Province, the nursing team was further strengthened and achieved rapid growth. There were 2.87 registered nurses per thousand population. From 2015 to 2017, the Gini coefficients of human resources of nursing in each city(prefecture) of Sichuan Province were 0.1787, 0.7157, 0.0383, 0.7222, 0.0171 and 0.7184 respectively. The interregional Theil indexes were 0.0234-0.0533 and 0.2541-0.2743 respectively according to population and geographical area. Conclusion: The total number of human resources of nursing in Sichuan Province has been improved, the structure of human resources of nursing needed to be optimized, the proportion of registered nurses was not balanced, and the demographic fairness of allocation of human resources of nursing was better than geographical fairness.
