摘要
柴油机是舰艇三大噪声源中机械噪声的主要贡献者,控制柴油机传往甲板或壳体的振动意义重大。该文基于Halbach阵列研制的新型作动器用于控制柴油机的低频振动传递。首先基于MATLAB平台利用实测数据对LMS算法中的滤波器系数和步长进行优化选择,然后通过实验验证了该作动器和所设计控制器的有效性。结果表明使用低频线谱自适应控制策略以后,基座和甲板振动在控制作用频率上均得到抑制,取得7dB左右的控制效果。
Sound caused by diesel is one of the three major noise sources of warships.Therefore,researching on the control of vibration transmitted from diesel to deck or hull is of great importance.This paper researches on the low frequency vibration transmission of diesel with active-passive hybrid isolators based on Halbach array.Firstly,MATLAB platform was used to determine the order and step of LMS algorithm with test data.Then an experiment was made to verify the isolation effect of this new isolator and acquired controller parameters.The results show that a control effect of about 7 dB could be achieved at concerned frequencies of bases and deck after adaptive low frequency linear spectral control strategy was applied on the control system.
