计及机会维修的电力设备状态检测策略优化模型 被引量:4

摘要 状态检修背景下,电力设备受多种故障模式耦合作用。为反映实施机会维修对设备状态检测策略的影响,提出计及机会维修的电力设备状态检测策略优化模型。首先,为便于模型解析求解,基于马尔可夫过程理论建立计及机会维修和状态检测策略的设备状态转移过程;然后,考虑不同故障模式间的经济关联,给出随设备状态检测频率和机会维修策略变动的设备风险和系统运行风险表达式;最后,以系统总风险最小为目标,建立设备状态检测策略优化模型。算例分析结果表明,该模型能够反映不同故障模式间经济关联对设备状态检测策略的影响,有效提高设备状态检修效益。 Under the background of condition-based maintenance, power equipment is affected by coupling effect of multiple failure modes. To reflect impact of opportunistic maintenance on equipment condition inspection strategy, this paper proposes an optimization model of condition inspection strategy for power equipment considering opportunistic maintenance. For analytic solution, it firstly establishes the equipment state transition process considering opportunistic maintenance and condition inspection strategy based on Markov process theory, and then considering economic dependence of different failure modes, it gives expressions of equipment risk and system operation risk varying with equipment condition inspection frequency and opportunistic strategy. Finally, aiming at the minimum total risk of the system, it establishes the optimization model of equipment condition inspection strategy. Case study results indicate this model can reflect effect of economic dependence of different failure modes on equipment condition inspection strategy and effectively improve efficiency of condition-based maintenance.
