磁共振对比剂的研究概况

摘要 自1973年Lauterbur首次将磁共振成像(MRI)技术应用于疾病诊断以来,在扫描序列种类、时间分辨率和图像质量方面均得到迅速发展.统计发现,MRI检查病例中约30%需使用对比剂来改变体内局部组织中水质子的弛豫时间,提高正常与病灶的成像对比度,从而使MRI能更敏感地检测微小病灶或特异性病灶.因此,研究新型的MRI对比剂及示踪技术,对于实验影像学特别是分子影像学,具有广阔的应用前景和潜在的市场价值.
