摘要 [目的]建立利用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)前处理技术,气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析土壤中的16种多环芳烃(PHAs)的分析方法。[方法]比较不同萃取方式、不同萃取温度、不同溶剂等对加标回收的影响。样品和硅藻土一起加入快速溶剂萃取仪的萃取池中,用丙酮-正己烷(1∶1)在100℃条件下萃取,萃取液经过浓缩、净化、再浓缩,上机检测。[结果]16种PHAs线性关系良好,相关系数>0.99,加标回收率76%~119%,精密度(RSD)<10%。[结论]该方法快速准确,且成本较低,非常适合土壤中的PHAs的检测。 [Objective]A rapid solvent extraction (ASE) pretreatment method was developed for the analysis of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PHAS) in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).[Method]The effects of different extraction methods, extraction temperatures and solvents on the standard recovery were compared.Samples and diatomite join extraction accelerated solvent extraction apparatus with pool, with acetone-n-hexane (1 ∶1) at 100 ℃ under the condition of extraction, extraction liquid through concentration, purification and concentration, computer test.[Result]The linear relationship of 16 PHAS was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99, the standard recovery was 76%~119%, and the precision (RSD) was <10%.[Conclusion]This method is rapid, accurate and low-cost, which is very suitable for the detection of PHAS in soil.
