烤烟不同规模种植主体的生产经营模式及效益研究——以湖南浏阳为例

Production and Management Models and Benefits of Different Size Plants of Flue-cured Tobacco——Taking Liuyang in Hunan as an Example

在查阅相关资料基础上,以到户访查、座谈会方式,对浏阳烤烟生产不同规模种植主体年龄结构、成本、单位面积产量和产值、家庭种烟收入以及用烤烟生产收入占家庭收入比重等主要指标进行调查分析。结果表明:种植主体投入劳动力的数量、年龄、身体状况和技术水平在很大程度上决定其种植规模、生产经营模式、单位面积种烟收益及家庭种烟收益。在此基础上提出正确看待种植主体的种烟收益,根据不同规模、不同群体种植主体生产经营特点,精准制定和实施扶持政策的建议。

On the basis of consulting relevant materials,in the way of household visits and symposiums,the main indicators such as the age structure,cost,unit area output and output value,household tobacco income,and the proportion of household income generated by roasting tobacco production were analyzed.The results showed that the quantity,age,physical condition and technical level of the labor force invested by the planting body largely determine its planting scale,production and operation mode,income per unit area of tobacco and household income.On this basis,it was proposed to correctly treat the income of the planting tobacco,and to formulate and implement the recommendations of the supporting policies according to the characteristics of different scales and different groups of planting production and management.
