基于“土地整治+”的南疆地区莎车县精准扶贫探讨——以英巴格村城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目为例

Discussion on Precision Poverty Alleviation in Shache County of South Xinjiang Based on “Land Improvement +”——Taking the Project of Increasing or Decreasing Land Use for Urban and Rural Construction in Yingbag Village as an Example

以莎车县英巴格村城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目为例,在分析项目实施后英巴格村经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的基础上,阐述土地整治对精准扶贫的助推作用,为莎车县未来“土地整治+精准扶贫”工作提出对策与建议。

Taking the project of increasing or decreasing the urban and rural construction land in Yingbage Village of Shache County as an example,based on the analysis of the economic, social and ecological benefits of Yingbage Village after the implementation of the project, it explained the promotion of land remediation on precision poverty alleviation effect,so as to propose countermeasures and suggestions for the future “land remediation + precision poverty alleviation” work in Shache County.
