上海永久基本农田保护管理实践探索

Practical Exploration on the Protection and Management of Permanent Basic Farmland in Shanghai

回顾国家永久基本农田保护发展历程,介绍了上海永久基本农田保护工作概况,在分析总结上海经验做法基础上,阐述当前上海面临的耕地保护和生态建设压力、耕地质量建设、永久基本农田布局优化等方面的瓶颈问题,并提出有关永久基本农田保护的建议。

This paper reviewed the development of permanent basic farmland protection,introduced the working situation in Shanghai.Based on the analysis and summary of Shanghai’s experience and practices,the bottleneck problems such as the pressure of cultivated land protection and ecological construction,cultivated land quality construction,optimizing the layout of basic farmland faced by Shanghai at present were expounded.And some suggestions on the protection of permanent basic farmland were put forward.
