基于圈收缩的单圈图的Balaban指标

摘要 令G是顶点集为VG和边集为EG的一个简单连通图,其顶点数为n,边数为m.图G′则是通过对图G中的圈进行收缩而得到的.Balaban指标被广泛应用于各种QSAR和QSPR的研究.本文分别计算了图G和G′的Balaban指标,并经过比较得出图G的Balaban指标大于图G′的Balaban指标. Let G be a simple connected graph with vertex set V(G)and edge set E(G).Let n and m be the cardinalities of the vertex set and edge set of G.The graph G'be obtained from G by the cycle contraction operation.This Balaban index was used successfully in QSAR and QSPR modeling.In this paper,we calculate the Balaban index of G and G',respectively.And we get the Balaban index of G is larger than that of G'by comparing.
