摘要
基于武汉理工大学“双一流”建设的改革与实践,认为高校“双一流”建设应重点在改革上着力,构建以学科建设为基础、以学科交叉融合为重点,以协同创新团队为载体的“双一流”建设模式。在具体实施过程中要创新体制机制,重点推进以首席专家负责制为重点的人事制度改革和以人才模式创新为关键的人才培养制度改革,建立协同创新团队科研协同机制,健全大型仪器设备共享机制等。通过总结相关协同创新团队在改革与实践过程中的成效,为推进高校“双一流”建设模式改革与实践提供现实参考。
Based on the reform and practice of the“Double First Rate”construction model of Wuhan University of Technology,it’s considered that the construction of“Double First Rate”in colleges should focus on reform,and build its mode on discipline construction,interdisciplinary integration and collaborative innovation team.In the process of implementation,we should innovate institutional mechanism,and focus on promoting the personnel system reform featuring with the chief expert responsibility system and reform of talent training system based on talent model innovation,establish cooperative mechanism for collaborative innovation team and improve the sharing mechanism of large instruments and equipment.By summarizing the achievements of the related teams in the process of reform and practice,it’s expected to provide a practical reference for promoting the reform and practice of the“Double First Rate”construction model for colleges and universities.
