一种电化学氧化处理垃圾渗滤液浓缩液的技术工艺方案 被引量:1

摘要 垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓缩液具有浓度高、盐分高、成分复杂等特点,极难实现对其进行全量无害化处理。本文以电化学氧化技术为核心,结合预氧化处理、电渗析、低温蒸发等工艺,提出了一种对垃圾渗滤液浓缩液进行全量处理的技术工艺方案,并建立了一套全自动运行的小试系统。小试系统连续运行四个月后,由第三方三次随机抽样检测结果表明,该方案可以实现对垃圾渗滤液浓缩液进行全量化、无害化和资源化处理的目标。 Landfill leachate membrane concentrate has the characteristics of high concentration, high salinity and complex composition, so it is extremely difficult to achieve its full harmless treatment. Taking electrochemical oxidation technology as the core, combined with pre-oxidation treatment,electrodialysis, low-temperature evaporation and other processes, a technical process plan for the full treatment of landfill leachate concentrate was put forward, and a full-automatic small-scale test system was established. After four months of continuous operation of the pilot system, the third-party random sampling test results show that the scheme can achieve the goal of full quantification, harmless and resourced treatment of landfill leachate concentrate.
