摘要 采用ChemCAD流程模拟软件,对华昌化工氨合成工段进行流程模拟,分析了进口氨含量和出口氨含量对平衡含量的影响,基于华昌化工现有的氨合成工艺流程,提出了分子筛净化、降低氨冷器温度和串联绝热反应器3种优化方案。 ChemCAD process simulation software was used to simulate the process of ammonia synthesis system in Huachang chemical company. The influence of inlet ammonia content and outlet ammonia content on the equilibrium content was analyzed. Based on the existing ammonia synthesis process in Huachang chemical company, three optimization schemes were proposed, including purification with molecular sieve, reducing the temperature of ammonia cooler,and adding tandem adiabatic reactor.
