摘要
依据立式低温储罐的常见的吊装方法,分析了立式储罐从卧式状态到竖立状态的起吊过程中的尾部吊耳的受力特点,提供了更合理的尾部吊耳及其连接焊缝的强度计算方法,能够让技术人员在同类型的产品设计中提高尾部吊耳设计的准确性。
In accordance with the common lifting methods of vertical cryogenic storage tank, the loading characteristics of tail lug of vertical storage tank during lifting the storage tank from horizontal state to stand state were analyzed. More reasonable strength calculation method for tail lug and its connected welds was put forward. It can help the technical personnel to improve the accuracy of tail lug design in the same type of product design.
