摘要
学界所说的世界体系大体上分为经济意义的世界体系和政治意义的世界体系。以伊曼纽尔·沃勒斯坦为代表的世界体系论派对世界体系概念作了定义和指标划定,依据这样的定义和指标,欧美资本主义体系是唯一的真正意义的世界体系。世界体系论派的世界体系概念将欧美资本主义体系永恒化,其定义和指标并不完全合理。在世界发展进程中,各国人民需要汇聚力量,创建一个符合全人类意愿和利益要求的更加美好的世界体系,终结西方霸权,实现世界平等、自主、和谐、合作、共赢的发展。
The World System in academic circles are roughly divided into economic World System and political World System.The World System theory school represented by Emmanuel Wallerstein defined the World System concept and delimited the indicators.Based on its definitions and indicators,European and American capitalist systems are the only World System in the strict sense.The World System concept of the World System theory school eternalized European and American capitalist systems,and its definitions and indicators are not entirely reasonable.In the process of global development,the people of all countries need to pool strength,create a better World System in the interest of mankind,end Western hegemony,and achieve global equality,independence,harmony,cooperation and win-win.
