质量文化建设是实现高校质量自觉的应然路径

Cultivating Quality Culture is an Appropriate Way to Fulfil Quality Consciousness in Colleges and Universities

通过对高校质量文化内涵及高校质量文化建设中存在问题的探讨,认为当前我国高等教育已经进入以质量为核心的内涵发展阶段,质量文化建设作为高校治理能力与治理体系现代化的重要组成部分,是高校完善内部质量保障体系、提升人才培养质量和增强办学综合实力的有效途径。认为高校质量文化包括制度文化、物质文化、行为文化和精神文化4个层面。提出通过加强质量文化建设,引导全校成员的价值追求和行为导向,催生质量提升的内生动力,才能助推高校良性运作,进而实现广泛的质量自觉。

A discussion on the connotation of higher education quality culture and a look into the existing problems showed China’s higher education has entered the stage of connotation development with quality as the core.Quality culture,as an important part of the modernization of university governance ability and governance system,is an effective way for universities to improve the internal quality assurance system,improve the quality of personnel training and enhance the comprehensive strength of running schools.The quality culture of colleges and universities includes four levels:system culture,material culture,behavior culture and spiritual culture.By strengthening the construction of quality culture,we can guide the value pursuit and behavior orientation of the members of the whole school,promote the endogenous power of quality improvement,promote the sound operation of colleges and universities,and achieve extensive quality consciousness.
