摘要
通过分析泉州湾跨海大桥主桥拉索腐蚀的环境因素、腐蚀原理和腐蚀过程,认为存在3个腐蚀阶段:拉索护套老化开裂阶段、拉索钢丝表面镀锌层腐蚀阶段和拉索钢丝腐蚀阶段。对泉州湾跨海大桥主桥拉索正常使用的寿命进行预测,计算得出泉州湾跨海大桥两层护套的老化时间为8.62年,主桥拉索钢丝发生腐蚀后达到影响结构安全的时间为7.03年。
By analyzing the environmental factors,corrosion principles and corrosion processes of the cable corrosion of the main bridge over Quanzhou Bay,three corrosion stages are proposed:cable sheath aging cracking stage,galvanized layer corrosion stage and steel wire corrosion stage.The service life of the main bridge cables of Quanzhou Bay bridge is analyzed and predicted,with the results that the aging cracking time of the two-layer sheath is 8.62 years,and the corrosion time of main cable that affects structural safety is 7.03 years.
