摘要 肠道微生物不仅可以调节肠道稳态,而且在微生物-肠-脑轴体系中起着重要作用,与多发性硬化症、帕金森病和阿尔茨海默病等密切相关.另外,肠道免疫屏障影响骨代谢,与骨质疏松症的发生发展密切相关.因此,研究微生物-肠-脑轴与各种神经系统疾病的关系和微生物-肠道免疫-骨质疏松症的关系,有助于进一步阐明微生物-肠-脑轴在致病机制不明确的神经系统疾病中的致病作用,也有助于明确肠道微生物通过调控肠道免疫影响骨质疏松症的机制.本研究从肠道微生物和神经系统疾病、骨质疏松症的关系等方面进行综述,总结近年来的研究进展,搭建肠道微生物与神经系统疾病、骨质疏松症之间的桥梁,这将对临床治疗神经系统病变和骨质疏松症提供新的研究思路. Intestinal microorganisms not only regulate intestinal homeostasis, but also play an important role in the microbial-intestinal-brain axis system.It is closely related to multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.In addition, the intestinal immune barrier, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of osteoporosis,affects the bone metabolism.Therefore, studying the relationship between microbial-intestinal-brain axis and different neurological diseases, microbial-intestinal immunity-osteoporosis, will help us to have a further clarification to the microbial-intestinal-brain axis in pathogenesis which is not clear.This study reviews the relationship between intestinal microbial and neurological diseases, osteoporosis.And summarizes recent research progress, and builds a bridge between gut microbes and neurological diseases, osteoporosis.This will provide new ideas to treat neurological diseases and osteoporosis.
