中国公共营养师现状调查 被引量:10

CURRENT SITUATION OF CHINESE COMMUNITY DIETITIANS BY ONLINE SURVEY

摘要 目的了解我国目前公共营养师现况,为即将制定并实施的注册营养师制度的准入、继续教育和退出机制提供证据支持和政策建议。方法通过中国营养师协会联盟等机构推广网络调查及定点调查,调查对象为持有公共营养师证书的人员,采用金数据等在线平台收集数据、EXCEL和SPSS软件分析数据。结果 176家机构和个人推广所获得的6813份有效问卷分析结果显示,持证公共营养师教育程度中专及以上占91.7%,其中有营养相关专业的人数占53.4%;87.5%的公共营养师证书由人社部颁发,三级证书的持证人数居多,为62.8%。在就业方面,69.3%的持证公共营养师从事营养相关领域工作;36.5%认为自己的技能很大程度上不能满足工作需要;44.0%的公共营养师对于目前的工作现状和收入表示不满意或很不满意;43.2%的公共营养师强烈要求规范营养师管理,提高营养师能力,特别是规范营养师的考核标准和认证标准,实施注册营养师管理制度,提高整个营养师群体的社会地位。结论我国公共营养师总体上质量良莠不齐,是营养师评价和管理的难点,也无法满足营养师的工作要求和居民健康需求。因此,注册营养师制度是解决该问题以及提升现有营养师专业水平的最佳出路。 Objective To survey the present situation of community dietitians in China, and provide basic information for continuing education of the registered dietitian system, which will be formulated and implemented. Methods Questionnaires were completed by dietitians with certificates of community dietitian, and all data were collected online with the online platform of Gold Data. Results A total of 6813 questionnaires were completed by the prommotion of 173 institutions and individuals. The results showed that the proportion of dietitians with secondary technical school and academy education was 91.7%, in which 53.4% dietitians majored in nutrition profession. While 87.5% of the community dietitians certificates were issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China, in which the 3rd Level certificates were the most (62.8%). The employment data showed that 69.31% of the certified community dietitians engaged in nutrition related jobs. The 36.46% dietitians with working experience of 1-3 years considered that their expertise could hardly meet the requirements of job, and 44.03% were dissatisfied with the present work and income. About 43.16% dietitians strongly demanded the standardization of registration and management of dietitians, especially the dietitian assessment and certification standards, where by the capacity of all the dietitians would be improved. The implementation of registered dietitian management system was expected to improve the present situation of dietitians. Conclusion The heterogeneity quality of community dietitians in China is the key problem in the assessment and management of dietitians. The current system is unable to meet the work requirement of dietitians and healthy need of Chinese. We think the Registered Dietitian System is the best way for improving the professional capacity of community dietitians.
