WHOLE GRAINS AND MIXED BEANS INTAKE AMONG CHINESE ADOLESCENTS AGED 6-17 YEARS

摘要 目的探讨我国不同地区6~17岁儿童青少年全谷物及杂豆摄入状况。方法使用2010-2012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测的数据,对6~17岁儿童青少年共5676人的全谷物及杂豆消费情况进行分析。膳食调查方法为3d 24h膳食回顾法。结果 6~17岁儿童青少年全谷物及杂豆摄入量为12.7g/d, 85.5%的人群未达到膳食指南推荐量下限30g的摄入水平。农村儿童青少年的全谷物及杂豆平均摄入量高于城市人群,而城市儿童青少年全谷物及杂豆的消费率明显高于农村人群。结论我国儿童青少年膳食中存在全谷物及杂豆消费率较低,摄入量不足。 Objective To describe the status of whole grain and mixed bean intake among Chinese adolescents aged 6-17 years. Methods A total of 5676 adolescents from the 2010-2012 Chinese Residents Nutrition and Health Surveillance were studied. Dietary data on whole grains and mixed beans consumption were collected by consecutive 3 d 24-h dietary recall method. Results The daily whole grains and mixed beans intake among Chinese adolescents aged 6-17 years was 12.7g/d. About 85.5% of Chinese adolescents did not meet lowest intake level recommended by The Chinese Dietary Guidelines. The average whole grains and mixed beans intake among rural adolescents was higher than among urban adolescents, while the consumption rate among rural adolescents was lower. Conclusion The present study indicated that the whole grains and mixed beans intake quantity and rate among Chinese adolescents aged 6-17 years remained at a low-level.
