橡胶粉水泥土的抗冻性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 水泥土受冻融后,其强度逐渐降低,为保证长春等季冻区水泥土加固工程的使用寿命,必须降低冻融后水泥土的强度损失。将适量的橡胶粉的掺入水泥土后,试验结果表明:橡胶粉掺入降低了水泥土的强度,增大了水泥土的渗透系数,且橡胶粉的掺入越多,强度越低,渗透系数也越大。但在冻融条件下,橡胶粉的掺入,使水泥土的强度损失率降低,橡胶粉掺入比越大,强度损失速率越慢,同时也降低了水泥土渗透系数的增长速率。橡胶粉能较好地改善水泥土的抗冻性能,研究结果对季冻区水泥土加固工程的设计、施工有一定的应用与参考价值。 The compressive strength of cement soil will be gradually decreased after it is frozen,so it is necessary to lower the loss of its strength in order to ensure its life serving in the reinforcement project of Seasonal Frozen Areas such as Changchun,etc..The experiment,in which moderate rubber powder is mixed with cement soil,indicates that the mixture with rubber powder decreases the strength of cement soil and increases its permeability coefficient.Thus the more the rubber powder is mixed,the lower the strength becomes,and the higher the permeability coefficient grows.However,with regard to the frozen condition,the mixture of rubber powder reduces the loss of cement soil s strength.The more mixture of rubber powder,the strength loss gradually slows,and its speeding rate of permeability coefficient growing is decreased.The rubber powder can improve frost resistance of cement soil.The study results have certain application and reference values in the design and construction of the reinforcement project in seasonal frozen areas.
