福州新区发展跨境电子商务起步晚,存在本土企业实力薄弱、平台建设不够完善、产业集聚尚未形成、物流体系有待构建、跨境电商人才紧缺等发展难题。拥有全球最大小商品市场的义乌,通过自建网货供应平台,完善产业配套体系,推动跨境商圈发展,整合物流保税资源,加快推进海外仓建设,建立人才培养体系等多方举措,促进跨境电子商务的蓬勃发展。福州新区应充分借鉴义乌发展跨境电子商务的成功经验,做大做强实体市场,培育本土龙头企业,完善电子口岸平台建设,优化跨境电商产业配套体系,推动两岸物流合作,加快引进培养跨境电商人才,提升跨境电子商务发展质量,推动外贸转型升级。

The cross-border e-commerce in Fuzhou new district started late,and there are problems such as weak strength of local enterprises,insufficient platform construction,industrial agglomeration,logistics system has not been constructed,shortage of cross-border e-commerce talents,and so on.Yiwu,as the world s largest small commodity market,has promoted the revitalization in cross-border e-commerce by building its own online goods supply platform,improving its industrial supporting system,promoting the development of cross-border business districts,integrating logistics bonded resources,accelerating the construction of overseas warehouses,and establishing talent training system,etc..Fuzhou New District should draw on the experience of Yiwu in developing cross-border e-commerce,cultivate local leading enterprises by developing real markets,improve the construction of electronic port platforms,optimize the supporting system for cross-border e-commerce industries,and promote cross-strait logistic cooperation,and accelerate the introduction and training of cross-border e-commerce talents,in order to improve the quality of cross-border e-commerce development,and promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade.
