“一带一路”倡议下复合型会计人才培养路径

The training path of compound type accounting talents under the Belt and Road Initiative

随着“一带一路”倡议的深入发展,需要越来越多的复合型会计人才。当前高校已将复合型会计人才培养列入教学目标,进行理念更新和课程调整。但也存在人文教育不够丰富、国际化培养力度不强、双语教学体系有待健全、实务课程有待优化等问题。高校应当通过会计专业教育与人文教育有机融合、引进国际化师资、开展国际化的实训、进行双语教学、增加“一带一路”会计实务课程等途径,进行教学完善,以期培养符合时代要求的高层次复合型会计人才。

More and more compound type accounting talents are needed with the development of the Belt and Road Initiative.The training of the complex accountant has been included in the teaching aim in recent colleges and universities teaching,with the new idea and the adjusted curriculum.But some problems are in trouble,such as insufficient humanities education,insufficient international training,imperfect bilingual teaching system,and imperfect practical courses.The teaching should be perfected through the integration of accounting professional education and humanistic education in colleges and universities by introducing international teachers,developing international training and bilingual teaching,adding“the belt and road”Accounting Practice course,as to train advanced compound type accountants who can meet the requirements of the times.
