摘要
详细介绍了一种美国高校的教育资源“教师接待日—OfficeHours”。美国多年的实践证明,“教师接待日”对学生的培养和教育具有积极的促进作用。中国高校传统的“填鸭式”教学模式问题渐渐显露,教改任务任重而道远,重视并推广“教师接待日”这种教学资源,需要各方的共同努力,这对我国高校教育将会是一大进步。
“Office Hours”,an educational resource of American universities,is introduced in detail in this article.Years of practice in the United States have proved that Office Hours plays a positive role in promoting the cultivation and education of students.The traditional“cramming”teaching mode in Chinese colleges and universities has gradually revealed its problems.Teaching reform has a long way to go,and it requires the joint efforts of all parties to pay attention to and promote the teaching resource of Office Hours,which will undoubtedly be a great innovation to China s higher education.
