摘要
草原是地球上最大的陆地生态系统之一,是我国面积最大的绿色生态屏障。研究草原碳汇的特点,更好地利用草原碳汇功能,对建设美丽中国意义重大。运用辩证唯物主义的立场和对立统一原理,分析我国近几十年草原碳源碳汇矛盾的变化可知,当前矛盾的主要方面是碳汇。我国草原总量巨大,可恢复部分储量大,具有森林碳汇不可替代的作用。建议加强对草原碳汇的宣传,强化对草原碳汇工作的统一管理,支持开展草原碳汇研究工作,加强草原碳汇能力监测,开展国际合作。
Grassland is one of the largest terrestrial ecosystems on the earth. It is also the largest green ecological barrier in China. Understanding the characteristics of grassland carbon sink and then making better use of grassland carbon sink function is of great significance for building a beautiful China. By using the standpoint of dialectical materialism and the principle of unity of opposite, we analyzed the changes of carbon source and sink in grassland in recent decades in China, and found that we should pay more attention on carbon sink in grassland. The total amount of grassland in China is huge. The recoverable part has large reserves. Hence, grassland carbon sink plays an irreplaceable role in Chinese terrestrial ecosystems. It is suggested that the propaganda of grassland carbon sequestration be strengthened. We should also improve the unified management of grassland carbon sink, conduct international cooperation studies on grassland carbon sequestration, and strengthen the monitoring of grassland carbon sequestration capacity.
