关于围绕山水林田湖草生态保护的调研报告——以泰山区域芝田河为例

Research Report on Ecological Protection of Mountains, Rivers, Forests, Farmlands, Lakes and Grasslands——Taking Zhitian River in Taishan Area as an Example

泰山区域山水林田湖生态保护修复工程已纳入第二批山水林田湖草生态保护修复工程试点,项目工程虽然取得了一定成效,但仍存在着规划编制工作进展缓慢,建筑物、构筑物占压河道情况严重,水污染治理问题没有从根本上得到解决,湿地退化严重,修复建设与管护资金不足的问题,建议高质量、高标准完成规划编制,全面清理、解决占压河道问题,严格水功能区监督管理,恢复湿地及其净化功能,加大政策、资金争取力度。

The ecological protection and restoration project of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands and lakes in Taishan area has been included in the second batch of pilot projects of ecological protection and restoration of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes and grasslands. Although the project has achieved some results, there are still some problems, such as slow progress in planning, serious occupancy of rivers by buildings and structures, unresolved water pollution control problems, serious degradation of wetlands, restoration and construction. To solve the problem of insufficient funds for management and protection, it is suggested that the planning should be completed with high quality and high standard, the problem of occupied rivers should be thoroughly cleared up and solved, the supervision and management of water functional zones should be strictly enforced, the wetland and purification work should be restored, and policies and funds should be intensified.
