摘要
我国开展本科教学工作评估始于1985年,历经30多年的探索和发展,在促进教育教学质量提升等方面,本科教学工作评估起到了积极作用。但就评估工作本身而言,存在着评估结果区分度较低、评估主体单一以及办学特色未能突显等问题。在新时代着力推进教育改革的大背景下,构建第三方评估体系具有重要的意义。当前,我国第三方评估尚处在起步阶段,面临诸多发展困境。构建第三方评估体系要坚持独立性、科学性、多元参与、系统化等基本原则,以使评估工作在高等教育发展中能够发挥更大的作用。
The evaluation of undergraduate teaching in China began in 1985. After more than 30 years of exploration and development, it has played a positive and active role in promoting the improvement of the quality of education and teaching. However, as far as the evaluation is concerned, there are some problems such as the low differentiation of the evaluation results, the single evaluation subject and the failure to highlight the characteristics of running a school. Under the background of promoting educational reform in the new era, it is of great significance to construct the third party evaluation system. At present, China’s third-party assessment is still in its infancy and faces many development difficulties. In order that the evaluation can play a greater role in the development of advanced education, to construct the third party evaluation system, we should adhere to the basic principles of independence, science, multi-participation and systematization.
