摘要
制定图书馆战略规划是指导图书馆发展方向的重要方式。通过分析美国五所大学后2015图书馆战略规划目标发现,各图书馆规划目标制定的出发点和内容因学校的规模、学生培养方向的不同而有所不同。借鉴五所美国高校的后2015图书馆战略规划目标,建议我院图书馆后2020战略规划把搭建简单有效的读者体验反馈平台,提升学生访问图书馆意愿,确保图书馆能够长期支持学院的发展,注重对员工的培养作为目标。
Formulating library strategic plan is an important measure to guide the libraries’ development. This study finds out that the starting point and content of each library strategic plan is various as the size of the school and the direction in which students are trained, by analyzing the objectives of the post-2015 Library Strategic Plan of five universities in the United States. Learning experiences from the post-2015 library strategic plan of the five US universities, it is recommended that the main components of the post-2020 strategic plan of our college’s library are: 1) establishing a simple and effective reader experience feedback platform to enhance students’ willingness to visit the library;2) ensuring that the library can support the long term development of the college;3)focusing on the training of employees.
