摘要
目的探讨孕妇在静观分娩训练中的真实体验,为优化妇幼保健服务提供依据和借鉴。方法采用质性研究中诠释现象学的理论方法,对12名接受过静观分娩训练的孕妇进行半结构式深入访谈,访谈资料应用Colaizzi分析法分析整理。结果接受过静观分娩训练的孕妇体验包括学会关注当下、自我调节力改善、同情和感恩、孕期生活质量提高4大主题。结论静观分娩训练有助于围生期孕产妇的健康促进,但促进水平还需进一步定量研究。
Objective To study the real experience of mindful delivery exercise for pregnant women and provide reference for improving maternal and child health service.Method 12 pregnant women receiving mindful delivery exercise accept semi-structure in-depth interview by rmeneutic phenomenological method of qualitative research.Analyze and arrange the information by Colaizzi analysis.Result Experience of 12 pregnant women receiving mindful delivery exercise includes 4 themes of focusing on the present,improving self-regulation ability,sympathy and thankfulness,improving quality of life during pregnancy.Conclusion Mindful delivery exercise is helpful for health promotion of pregnant women in perinatal period.The promotion level needs further research.
