A186D梳棉机生产差别化纤维的工艺改造与实践

Technology improvement and practice of producing differentiated fibers on A186D carding machine

介绍差别化纤维的特点。针对A186D梳棉机故障率高、分梳除杂能力弱、适纺性差等问题,在针布选配,刺辊、锡林转速控制,生条定量,盖板转速,温湿度控制等方面提出改进措施。实际生产结果表明,通过采取相应的技术措施能够提高差别化纤维的梳理质量。

Characteristics of differential fibers was introduced. Focusing on the high failure rate, low carding and purity-removing ability and bad spinnability of A186D carding machine in producing differential fibers, the author proposed some measures about carding clothing selection, taker-in and cylinder speed control, sliver quantification, flat speed and temperature and humidity control. The practical results showed that these measures could improve the carding quality of differentiated fiber on A186D carding machine.
