基于WROS的鸭绿江滨水区深度休闲开发

Serious Leisure Development of Yalu River Waterfront Based on WROS

保护滨水区游憩资源和满足游憩多样化需求是滨水区深度休闲开发的重要保障。根据WROS理论,以丹东段鸭绿江滨水区为例,应用GIS技术分析游憩机会属性,建立滨水游憩机会谱系,通过多尺度绿道网络构建滨水游憩景观格局,结合游憩机会类型和分布特点,提出滨水区深度休闲开发策略。结果表明:①与开发区域距离、用地面积和比例的量化指标是确定游憩机会类型的客观衡量标准;②研究区域鸭绿江滨水区游憩地从东北到西南,基本上符合从原始区到城镇的渐变式区域类型变化,这与区域地形地貌密切相关;③滨水区游憩机会非均一性分布,游憩类型具差异性,规划管理应区别对待;④绿道网络的连接功能和边缘效应,构建健康的生态景观格局,整合滨水景观资源,规划多维度游憩线路,体验多样化游憩活动,合理分布休闲设施和服务站点,引导多元化经营管理模式。

It's the important guarantee for the development of waterfront serious leisure to protect recreational resources and to meet the diverse recreational needs. In this study, the development for serious leisure of the Yalu River water front in Dandong section was studied with WROS theory. The attributes of recreational opportunities were analyzed with GIS. The waterfront recreation opportunity spectrum was also established. The landscape pattern of waterfront recreation was built with multi-scale greenway network. Finally, the development strategy of serious leisure in the area was proposed according to the types and distribution characteristics of recreational opportunities. The results show that:①The quantitative indexes of the distance to the developed lands, area and land proportion are the objective measures to determine the type of recreational opportunities;② From northeast to southwest, the Yalu River waterfront recreation area, basically accords with the regional gradual change from the primitive type to the town (city) type, which is closely related to the regional topography and geomorphology;③due to the heterogeneous distribution of recreational opportunities and recreation type, the planning and management in that area should be different.④The greenway network has connectivity and edge effect, which beneficial to build a healthy ecological landscape pattern, integrate waterfront landscape resources, plan multi-dimensional lines of recreation, experience the diverse recreation activities and distribute leisure facilities and services site reasonably, guide diversified management pattern.
