基于地图信息系统技术分析贵港市1996—2017年艾滋病流行特征

Analysis of epidemic characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Guigang city from 1996 to 2017 based on GIS technology

目的利用地图信息系统(GIS)技术分析1996-2017年贵港市艾滋病的流行病学特征,探索该病在本市可能存在的时空聚集区,为今后本市艾滋病的防控提供科学的依据。方法利用贵港市2008-2017年艾滋病报告数据,以乡镇为单位,采用SPSS 19.0和ArcGIS 10.2进行该病的流行病学特征分析。结果1996-2017年贵港市累计报告艾滋病病例10 907例,其中男性8 078例,女性2 829例,男女性别比2.86∶1。41~60岁占35.90%(3 916例),>60岁占32.19%(3 511例)。全局自相关显示,2007年、2009年、2010年、2011年、2013年贵港市艾滋病的报告发病存在空间聚集性(P<0.05),GIS地图显示,艾滋病大部分集中在东北部,其次是中西部乡镇或街道。结论贵港市艾滋病报告的空间分布存在热点区域,以此为指导确定贵港市艾滋病的重点防控人群、防控区域、防控时间,提出合理配置资源,制定区域化防控措施。

Objective To understand the spatiotemporal accumulation characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Guigang city based on GIS technology,and provide a scientific basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in the future.Methods The HIV/AIDS(HFMD)report data in Guigang city from 2008 to 2017 were collected.SPSS 19.0 and ArcGIS 10.2 were used to analyze its epidemic characteristics.Results From 1996 to 2017,a total of 10 907 AIDS cases were reported in the city,including 8 078 males and 2 829 females with a sex ratio of 2.86:1.35.90%(3 916 cases)were aged between 41 and 60,and 32.19%(3 511 cases)were aged above 60 years.GIS map showed that the majority of HIV/AIDS was in the northeast of the city,followed by the towns or streets in the midwest.The global autocorrelation showed that the reported incidence of HIV/AIDS in Guigang in 2007,2009,2010,2011,and 2013 had spatial aggregation(P<0.05).Conclusion There are hot spots in the spatial distribution of AIDS reports in Guigang,where the key groups,areas and time for HIV prevention and control can be determined.So we need the rational allocation of resources and regional prevention and control measures.
