艾滋病病耻感评估工具的研究进展

Research progress on AIDS stigma assessment tools

病耻感作为艾滋病领域的一个主要问题,不仅影响求医行为、方式、治疗的依从性和疾病结局,而且影响病人及相关人员的生活质量和社会活动。艾滋病病耻感评估工具作为评价病耻感的主要方法,对其诊断、干预和护理均具有重要意义。本研究对艾滋病病耻感评估工具进行分类,并重点介绍和分析国内外目前应用较广泛的评估工具,旨在帮助研究者评估艾滋病病人及相关人员的病耻感时合理选择测量工具,也为制定更加符合我国国情文化的本土化评估工具提供依据。

Stigma,as a major problem in the field of AIDS prevention,not only affects the patients′behavior of seeking medical services,mode of treatment,treatment compliance and disease outcomes,but also affects their quality of life,social activities and related personnel.The AIDS stigma assessment tool is mainly used for stigma evaluation,and it is of great significance for its diagnosis,intervention and nursing.This study classifies the AIDS stigma assessment tool,by focusing the analysis of the widely used assessment tools at home and abroad.The study aims to help researchers choose appropriate measurement tools when evaluating stigma of AIDS patients and related personnel.It also provides a basis for the development of localized assessment tools more in line with China′s national conditions and culture.
