湛江钢铁转炉配加铁刨花压块的生产实践

Production practice of iron shaving blocks for converter in Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.

结合宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司高废钢比冶炼的生产实绩,一方面,对转炉使用铁刨花压块期间废钢卡炉口、兑铁水时冒火冒烟、兑铁水时喷溅、钢水杂质元素超标情况以及钢铁料消耗等进行跟踪,发现使用一定量铁刨花压块对转炉炼钢生产无负面影响,且有利于改善卡炉、冒火冒烟及喷溅等异常情况;另一方面,对使用铁刨花压块的经济效益进行测算,月使用量为5000t时,1年可减少转炉的废钢原料成本2400万元人民币。

Combined with Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.high scrap ratio smelting production performance,statistics of plugging the converter’s mouth,smoking and splashing phenomenon,steel composition retention rate and iron containing raw materials consumption were tracked during the period of using iron shaving blocks,a certain amount of iron shaving blocks not only had no negative effect on converter produce,but also optimized abnormal conditions such as plugging the converter,smoking and spattering.In addition,the economic benefit of using iron shaving block was estimated.When 5 000 t the blocks were used per month,the scrap materials cost of converter reduced by 24 million yuan per year.Through industrial testing,it provided feasible basis and technical guidance for the use of iron shaving blocks in practical production.
