张家口市幼儿肥胖状况及变化趋势的调查

A Research on the Condition of Childhood Obesity and the Variation Tendency in Zhangjiakou City

目的了解张家口市幼儿肥胖状况及变化趋势,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集2004—2016年张家口市某幼儿园3~6岁儿童体检数据,根据中国7岁以下儿童生长发育参照标准,利用Z评分标准对幼儿肥胖状况进行判断,比较不同年份、不同性别、不同年龄组间幼儿超重与肥胖状况。结果收集及整理2004—2016年2319名幼儿体检数据,超重及肥胖平均检出率为6.9%,其中2004、2007、2009、2013、2016年检出率分别为5.3%、5.5%、5.7%、7.9%、10.2%,超重及肥胖检出率呈逐年增长趋势;各年份幼儿超重及肥胖检出率均无性别差异;3、4、5、6岁组平均超重及肥胖检出率分别为6.5%、6.2%、7.7%、8.2%。结论幼儿平均超重及肥胖检出率逐年增长,不同性别、不同年龄组间幼儿超重及肥胖检出率无明显差异。

Objective To research the obesity status and variation tendency of children in Zhangjiakou City,and to provide scientific basis for formulating intervention measures.Methods Physical examination data of children aged 3~6 years from 2004 to 2016 in a kindergarten of Zhangjiakou City were collected.According to the standard of growth and development of children under 7 years old in China,the status of childhood obesity was assessed by z-scores standard.Rate of overweight and obesity among different years,genders and ages were compared.Results Data of 2 319 children from 2004 to 2016 were collected and organized,average rate of overweight and obesity is 6.9%,the rate of overweight and obesity in 2004,2007,2009,2013 and 2016 are as follows:5.3%,5.5%,5.7%,7.9%,10.2%,which has an increasing tendency year by year.There was no gender difference in the detection rate of overweight and obesity among children in different age.Average rate of overweight and obesity from 3-year old to 6-year old groups are as follows:6.5%,6.2%,7.7%and 8.2%.Conclusion Detection rate of overweight and obesity in children increased year by year,but there was no significant difference among different gender and age groups.
