最大水资源利用模型在清远水利枢纽船闸联合调度系统中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 以清远水利枢纽一线、二线船闸联合调度系统模型为研究对象,结合国家节能减排政策(营运船舶单位运输周转量能耗下降率6%的指标)及智能化技术应用要求,分析单线船闸和双线船闸不同调度模型的关系、参数及优劣,寻找各种最优调度工况,提高两个船闸调度的协调性及通航效率。通过对不同调度模型的通航效率、闸室面积利用率、水资源利用率等维度的分析研究,找出最优平衡度。研究结果表明最大水资源利用模型在多种调度模型中平衡度最好,但同时也可能存在其他问题,系统本身的计算处理能力可能会出现溢出现象,实际应用中,还需综合考虑其他触发条件的设定,以便保障调度系统的公平性和稳定性。 This paper takes the model of the first-line and second-line ship lock joint dispatching system of Qingyuan Water Conservancy Project as the research object,and combines the national energy-saving emission reduction policy(the target of 6%reduction rate of energy consumption per unit transport turnover of operating ships)and the application of intelligent technology to analyze the relationship,parameters and advantages and disadvantages of different dispatching models of single-line ship locks and double-line ship locks.Find various optimal dispatching conditions and improve the coordination and navigation efficiency of the two ship lock dispatching.Through the analysis and research on the navigation efficiency and water resource utilization of different scheduling models are carried out to find the optimal balance.The research results show that the maximum water resource utilization model has the best balance and the most economic benefits among the various scheduling models,but there may be other problems at the same time.The calculation and processing capacity of the system itself may overflow.In practical applications,the setting of other trigger conditions needs to be considered comprehensively to ensure the stability and fairness of the scheduling system.
