从理论依据、现实需求和政策、实行机制、优劣对比分析等方面,阐述了水电工程农村移民土地使用权入股安置方式在西部地区实行的可行性。结合西部地区独特的土地资源特点,以电站的财务评价分析为基础,对长效补偿与入股分红两种不同安置方式进行收益对比分析,得出入股分红安置方式收益远高于长效补偿,但若要准确评判两种方案,还需要经过更系统、更全面的研究与分析。

From the theoretical basis,actual demand and policy,implementation mechanism,comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages,this paper expounds the feasibility of implementing the resettlement mode of rural migrant land use right in the western region.Based on the unique characteristics of land resources in the western region,based on the financial evaluation analysis of the power station,this paper compares the income of long-term compensation and share-sharing dividends,and concludes that the income from the dividend-sharing mode is slightly higher than the long-term compensation.However,if you want to accurately evaluate the two options,you need to go through more systematic and comprehensive research and analysis.
