This paper describes the relation between project record and project archive,project record quality and project archive quality,as well as its internal quality.Through analyzing the causes of engineering quality and safety accidents,and the relationship between internal quality of archives and engineering quality and safety accidents,enlightenment on project archive internal quality management is put forward,which can be references for administrative staff,engineering technical personnel and archives management officers.
