Opium drugs abuse in today′s America brings big side effect on the economy, politics and the health of humans. Under the circumstance of "New Opium War", overseas Chinese medicine practitioners should stand out and shoulder this holy duty to contribute to the healthcare of the mankind. Meanwhile, overseas Chinese medicine practitioners should try hard to improve their own levels of diagnosis and treatment by cooperate with other medical institutes and studying hard on Chinese medical classics continuously, to receive the word of mouth and disseminate Chinese medicine culture better and broaden the Chinese medicine service and trade.
