Clinical Opathological Analysis of Trichomoniasis in Chicken

目的:对草鸡组织滴虫临床病理学进行分析,以确定其病理学变化特征。方法:取濒死期病鸡解剖,分别进行宏观病理学观察和病理组织学检查。结果:病理解剖观察结果:肝肿大,肝表面有数量不等的菊花形坏死灶,病灶内大量组织细胞溶解,周边隆起而成为典型的碟形病灶;盲肠肿胀,表现为卡他性、出血性、坏死性肠炎,肠壁增厚,呈现圆筒形或香肠状,盲肠内容物呈干酪样肠心。病理组织学观察结果为:肝小叶、肝索结构破坏,在坏死区边缘有大面积的淋巴细胞增生灶,肝细胞呈现广泛颗粒变性,脂肪变性及坏死、崩解,形成大量空泡;坏死灶周围包膜明显增生,包囊内充满粒细胞及坏死组织;肝脏间质细胞增生,大量上皮细胞与巨细胞构成典型的肉芽肿结节;在坏死组织的空泡内有数量不一的虫体。结论:根据其特征病理变化,初步诊断该鸡场发了鸡组织滴虫病。

Objective:To determine the characteristic pathological changes of trichomoniasis in chicken.Methods:The anatomy of dead chickens was taken,and macroscopic pathological observation and histopathological examination were used.Results:Athological anatomy:hepatomegaly,a number of chrysanthemum-shapednecrotic lesions on the surface of the liver,a large number of tissue cells in the lesion were dissolved,and the surrounding bulge became a typical dish-shaped lesion.The cecum was swollen and manifested as catarrhal and hemorrhagic,necrotic enteritis,thickening of the intestinal wall,showing a cylindrical or sausage-like shape,and the content of the cecum is a cheese-like heart.Histopathological observation:hepatic lobule,hepatic cord structure destruction,large area of lymphocyte hyperplasia at the edge of necrotic area,hepatocytes showed extensive particle degeneration,steatosis and necrosis,disintegration,formation of a large number of vacuoles.The capsule is obviously hyperplasia,and the cyst is filled with granulocytes and necrotic tissue;the liver stromal cells proliferate,and a large number of epithelial cells and giant cells form a typical granulomatous nodule.There are a number of worms in the vacuoles of necrotic tissue.Conclusion:According to its characteristic pathological changes,the chicken field trichomoniasis was initially diagnosed.
