代谢综合征与甲状腺结节关系研究新进展 被引量:9

摘要 代谢综合征( metabolic syndrome,MS)是指肥胖、高血压、高血糖、血脂异常等多种心血管疾病的危险因素同时在一个个体中存在的临床症候群,胰岛素抵抗( insulin resistance, IR)是其发病的中心环节之一,也是糖代谢异常人群病程进展的一个重要因素[1].甲状腺结节发病率近年来也呈逐渐升高之势,研究显示MS及IR与甲状腺结节关系密切,本文就其相关研究最新进展进行简要综述.
